Teaser Tuesdays (1)

Teaser Tuesdays is a weekly bookish meme, hosted by MizB at Should Be Reading. Anyone can play apart.

TEASER TUESDAYS rules:

1. Grab your current read.
2. Let the book fall open to a random page.
3. Share with us two (2) “teaser” sentences from that page.
4. Share the title & author … so that other TT participants can add the book to their TBR Lists if they like your teasers!

Please avoid spoilers!

My 2 Teasers:

“At first, I’m frozen, but then I catch sight of us on a large television screen and am floored by how breathtaking we look. In deepening twilight, the firelight illuminates our faces.”

Page 70 of The Hunger Games by Suzanne Collins

What are your teasers?

Please, leave a link to your own TT post.

Welcome to Teaser Tuesday. :) I think I'd be more intimidated than floored by seeing myself on a big screen. Everyone could be watching!

I been wanting to read this before the movie comes out, but haven't gotten to it yet. And I just heard they finished filming, so I have to hurry up. Great choice for a teaser.

Here's ours.
